A.- NEW VENDOR?
Visit Flea Markets and talk with
vendors. Buy something to
see how they operate.
B. Decide what you want to sell.
Know as much as you can about what you sell
because buyers want to believe you.
Do NOT order a large supply of merchandise. Start with all the junk you have around your house
and estate and yard sales.
C. Talk to a Bookkeeper or CPA. You will need to keep good records for the IRS.
D. You can try being a vendor for a few months, but IF you decide you want to become a permanent all year round flea market vendor,
DO IT RIGHT. If you are not going to be a
permanent vendor,
just make it a hobby.
E. NOW, it is time to talk with the Flea Market Manager.
F. Visit the Flea Market where you want to get
a permanent booth and talk with the Manager. They can tell you about what you need
like the Sales Tax Forms.
2. What you Sell
Only sell something you would buy yourself. Know everything you can about what you sell.
www.VendorsOnly.com
